I believe that what is fascinating in our site, is definitely pleasing in our hearts and satisfying in our minds. When everything is appealing our body and soul will be hale and strong. That is why, at our university (cbsua), and with our Organic Agriculture Development Program we continually aim to showcase organic agriculture initiatives and develop the interest of health and environmental friendship through the design and creation of a farm ablaze in colour and texture; molding a natural painting, raising a paradise in the midst of a learning site.

We can do this, and with the help (materials and manpower) we can do more, anything given freely will help our Organic Agriculture Program shine.

My idea of the organic agriculture area is a practical garden with a variety of crops, herbs, veggies and ornamentals. This project encompasses the skills of both myself and also my students which drew me to support the project whole heartedly. I love what we are doing here, this is agricultural engineering in action. The laying out and construction of drainage, the fabrication of edging materials and later the design of the irrigation system.

Organic agriculture is a challenge, but also fulfilling  There is so much to do, but slowly we are accomplishing                                                                                     our goals.

This project was designed with the aim to inspire people to engage and support organically grown produce and participate in sustainable activities. The hope is to create a space where people can see first-hand the potential use and beauty of recycled materials, understand the positive effects of supporting local business and confront the idea of adopting an organic mindset in their own lives.

It's already uplifting to witness how the project is engaging new interest and ideas from those working towards its success. It will be exciting to watch how both the project and the garden change with new contributors, dramas, successes and of coarse, the seasons.

This project needs endless patience and strength, while working under the intense heat of the sun I focus on laughing with my companions and think positively about the application of organic practices. I am so glad devoting my time to the organic agriculture project, being part of it is a great privilege to me. I feel organic agriculture in the Philippines has a good future, it needs only to be disseminated for the people to realize the importance of it and the importance of deeply applying it within their farming practices. Greater opportunities will be provided when organic agriculture is adopted here, increased sustainability and decreased capitol input for the farmers.

The garden really is starting to look beautiful. Im so happy its being developed here and that I am one of the team making it work. I enjoy working with the organic development program and working with the growth of this garden. I really hope organic agriculture has a strong future here in the Philippines.

I imagine the site to be like a paradise soon, to have many visitors, attracted to organic agriculture either as locals or as foreign. As an environment lover I relate myself to this project, it is beauitful and awesome for me, and I am thinking...I am still going to make it more beautiful yet.
